Orders placed before 2PM ET on business days ship same day. Otherwise your order will ship the next business day.
Ground Shipping takes between 2-5 business days and Express takes 1-2 business days.
We ship anywhere within in the United States and Canada.
Please note our Isle Body Oil (and any bundle that features it) cannot ship to Canada at this time.

As part of the USMCA, Canada's duty threshold was raised to $150 CAD (approx $110 USD). This means that if your Cay Skin order is under $150 CAD it should not be subject to Customs or Duties fees. Note that Canadian federal or provincial taxes may still be applied to your order.

Yes! Cay Skin products contain no animal products of any kind.
Yes! All of our SPF products provide broad spectrum protection, meaning they contain ingredients that help block both UVA and UVB rays.
While there is no official definition of Reef Safe, we formulate our SPF products to be compliant with Hawaii's ban on coral-harming chemicals.
We do not formulate with octinoxate or oxybenzone actives due to to the negative effect they have on the environment.
Cay Skin face formulas are non-comedogenic and safe for acne-prone and oily skin types!
Cay Skin products are thoroughly tested (though never on animals) and safe for sensitive skin. However, you may wish to patch test in a small area first.
Cay Skin products are clean and non-toxic, but you should always consult with your doctor before trying new products.
Some of our products are fragrance free, while others are synthetic fragrance free. These contain an essential oil blend to deliever our trademark (and delicious) brown sugar & vanilla scent.
Yes, we're proud to report that all Cay Skin products are silicone-free!
All of of our products are gluten free, however they may be produced in facilities that use gluten. If you're concerned, please be sure to patch test in a small area before applying.
Isle Glow Face helps to filter blue light as it includes blue light protection.
Yes. Our Isle Lip Balm is water resistant for 40 minutes. Please reapply our other products after bathing.
Each product's expiration can be found on the bottom of the bottle.
While our our products are not certified organic, we do use organic ingredients wherever possible. We use non-toxic ingredients, and are proud to be rated Clean@Sephora.
We produce all Cay Skin products in highly vetted, well-respected labs in the US. Our raw materials may be sourced from other locations.
Our containers are made with 30% recycled plastic, and can be recyled (remove and dicard pump if applicable). Our cartons are 100% FSC certified and can be recyled as paper.
Our Mica is sustainably sourced from ethical, child-labor free US mines.
