ORDER & SHIPPING
Orders placed before 2PM ET on business days ship same day. Otherwise your order will ship the next business day.
Ground Shipping takes between 2-5 business days and Expedited takes 1-2 business days.
International orders require additional time for processing and customs clearance. Please allow 7 - 14 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also log into your account on our website and navigate to the "Orders" section to check the status of your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email or have any issues with tracking updates, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
We ship to the United States, Canada, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Martinique, St. Barthélemy, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Turks & Caicos, Trinidad & Tobago.
Please note our Isle Nourishing Body Mist (and any bundles that include it) only ships to the USA, excluding AK and HI.
Our Isle Body Oil and Tinted Lip Balms (and any bundles that includes these) cannot ship to Canada at this time.
In the unlikely event you're not happy with a Cay Skin product, we will gladly exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Otherwise, you may return to us within 30 days for a refund. Only products purchased from cayskin.com are eligible for return, and any shipping fee is not refunded.
International orders are not eligible for return.

Canada
As part of the USMCA, Canada's duty threshold is $150 CAD (approx $110 USD). This means that if your order is under $150 CAD it should not be subject to Customs or Duties fees. Canadian federal or provincial taxes may still be applied to your order.
Any customs, duty or taxation fees will be displayed and INCLUDED in checkout.
Caribbean
For most destinations, customs duty or taxation fees will be displayed at checkout and INCLUDED when you place your order.
For the following locations any taxes + Customs fees will be due at the time of delivery: Grenada, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Martin, St Vicent & Grenadines, and Turks & Caicos.

Yes! All products at Cay Skin products are 100% cruelty-free.
Yes! Cay Skin products contain no animal products of any kind.
Cay Skin products are clean and non-toxic, but you should always consult with your doctor before trying new products.
Cay Skin face formulas are non-comedogenic and safe for acne-prone and oily skin types!
Some of our products are fragrance free, while others are synthetic fragrance free. These contain an essential oil blend to deliver our trademark (and delicious) brown sugar & vanilla scent.
All of of our products are gluten free, however they may be produced in facilities that use gluten. If you're concerned, please be sure to patch test in a small area before applying.
Yes! All of our SPF products provide broad spectrum protection, meaning they contain ingredients that help block both UVA and UVB rays.
While there is no official definition of Reef Safe, we formulate our SPF products to be compliant with Hawaii's ban on coral-harming chemicals.
We do not formulate with octinoxate or oxybenzone actives due to to the negative effect they have on the environment.
Cay Skin products are thoroughly tested (though never on animals) and safe for sensitive skin. However, you may wish to patch test in a small area first.
Yes, we're proud to report that all Cay Skin products are silicone-free!
Each product's expiration can be found on the bottom of the bottle.
We produce all Cay Skin products in highly vetted, well-respected labs in the US. Some of our raw materials may be sourced from other locations.
While our products are not certified organic, we do use organic ingredients wherever possible. We use non-toxic ingredients, and are proud to be rated Clean at Sephora.
