Shipping and Returns


If a product purchase from doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us. We’ll happily send you an alternate product to try at our expense, or accept your return and issue a refund within 30 days of your order date. (Excludes international orders and gift cards.)

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the same day when placed before 2PM ET (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders placed after 2PM ET will ship next business day.

We currently ship primarily through UPS or DHL (USA) and DHL (Canada). The "last mile" of an order may be delivered by USPS.

Shipping time depends on the service that is selected during checkout. Ground Shipping takes between 2-5 business days and Express can take anywhere between 1-3 business days.

Canadian and Caribbean residents please allow 7-16 business days depending on your location.



Received the wrong product? Initiate an exchange by contacting us and we will take care of it! Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Only products purchased from are eligible for exchange.
